If you are having trouble opening albums or mixtape click HERE to download winrar 3.71. Now install and you should be able to unzip the rar files. Save it to your desktop. When the download is finished, double click on the icon on your desktop (it should look like 3 books and be called wrar371). When the winrar window opens, click install. Next click ok. Now click Run WinRAR on the left don't click done! Now the albums or mixtapes you have save should look like three books on top of each other. Dobule click on one of the albums. When a window opens, you should see a folder saying the name of the album. Right click on that folder and click extract without confirmation. When it finishes extracting the zipped files there should be a new folder on your desktop entitled the album name. There you go now you can add the songs from the new folder to your mp3 player. You can discard the original zipped rar file that looks like 3 books, you no longer need it.
